איזה מידע נאסף מהמחשב

שם המחשב (Computer name) ומזהה חשבון LiveBackup365 שאליו קושר המחשב.
סטטוס תהליך LiveDrive (רץ / לא רץ), האם יש התחברות לחשבון LiveDrive, וזמני גיבוי/סנכרון אחרונים כפי שנקראים מלוגים מקומיים.
אותות אבחון: הורדות תקועות, סנכרון תקוע, גיל גיבוי, קבצי נעילה ישנים, שימוש CPU חריג — ללא תוכן הקבצים עצמם.
אירועי תיקון עצמי של הניטור (למשל שחזור משימת Windows מתוזמנת).

איך המחשב מקושר לחשבון

חבילת Microsoft Store אינה מכילה אסימון חשבון. בחיבור הראשון בוחרים ״חיבור מחשב״ ומאשרים קוד ב־app.livedmon.com, או מדביקים קוד חד־פעמי מההגדרות. הקוד תקף לזמן קצר וחד־פעמי.

איפה נשמר המידע

הדיווחים נשלחים ב־HTTPS אל app.livedmon.com. קבצי תצורה מקומיים נשמרים תחת C:\ProgramData\TopPC\LivedriveMonitor במחשב שלכם.

שיתוף ושמירה

לא נמכור את נתוני הניטור. נשתף אותם רק עם ספקי תשתית הכרחיים להפעלת השירות, או אם נדרש על פי דין. ניתן לבקש הסרת מחשב מהחשבון דרך לוח הבקרה או פנייה אלינו.

האתר הזה

livedmon.com הוא אתר סטטי. בחירת השפה נשמרת בדפדפן (localStorage). אנו משתמשים ב-Meta Pixel למדידת פרסום; ניתן לחסום אותו בהגדרות הפרטיות של הדפדפן. הכניסה לדשבורד היא באמצעות Google (אנו מקבלים שם ואימייל בלבד). התשלומים מעובדים ע״י PayPal; איננו רואים את פרטי הכרטיס.

LiveBackup365 Monitor (Windows app)

The Windows LiveBackup365 Monitor app reports monitoring signals only — not the contents of your backups.

What we collect from the PC

Computer name and the LiveBackup365 account the PC is linked to.
LiveDrive process status (running / not), whether LiveDrive is signed in, and last backup/sync times read from local logs.
Diagnostic signals: stuck downloads, hung sync, backup age, stale lock files, unusual CPU — never the file contents.
Self-heal events for the monitor (for example recreating a Windows scheduled task).

How the PC is linked

The Microsoft Store package does not embed an account token. On first run you choose “Link this PC” and approve a code at app.livedmon.com, or paste a one-time code from Settings. Codes are short-lived and single-use.

Where data is stored

Reports are sent over HTTPS to app.livedmon.com. Local config lives under C:\ProgramData\TopPC\LivedriveMonitor on your PC.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell monitoring data. We share it only with infrastructure providers needed to run the service, or if required by law. You can remove a PC from your account via the dashboard or by contacting us.

This website

livedmon.com is a static site. Your language choice is stored in your browser (localStorage). We use the Meta Pixel to measure our advertising; you can block it with your browser's tracking protection. Sign-in to the dashboard uses Google Sign-In (we receive your name and email only). Payments are processed by PayPal; we do not see your card details.
